The Body Shop Vineyard Peach Body Mist

Hello everyone!! I have been planning to start writing since long but couldn't gather enough courage to write up. So finally, today i felt highly motivated and  TADAAA!! I finally started! Here is a mini review of my current favourite fragrance.

I have been eyeing the glossy body mist bottles in the Body Shop stores for a long time. But this time I finally got my hands on one! The Vineyard Peach Body Mist comes in a clear glass bottle with a transparent label of a pretty peach clip art with the brand and product name on it. The bottle has a black cap, giving it a simple yet classy look. A 100 ml bottle costs 795 rupees but you can keep an eye open for discounts (I got mine at 50% off!!).

The mist does not have an overpowering smell (I have a very sensitive nose). The smell is exactly like fresh, ripe, luscious peaches. You can smell the fresh burst of fragrance as soon as you spray.

Ingredients:

Alcohol denat. (35%), alcohol (33.6%), Aqua/Water/Eau, Parfum/Fragrance, Linalool, Limonene, t-Butyl Alcohol, Prunus persica (Peach) Extract, Benzyl Alcohol, Denatonium Benzoate.

Pros:

  • Fresh, fruity smell that's not overpowering,
  • Cute packaging,
  • Has Peach extracts,
  • Alcohol is derived from community trade sugar cane,
  • Transparent bottle allows to see how much product is left,
  • Doesn't irritate skin,
  • Doesn't stain clothes.

Cons:

  • Glass bottle, though sturdy, but not safe for travelling,
  • Doesn't stay long, you have to re-apply in every 2 hours. Maybe layering with other products will help the smell to last longer,
  • A tad bit expensive.
